The first part focuses on the social policy and social security at the general level and defines conditions for providing social services. The second part characterises individual senior houses that have different founders and the analyses their management

Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním vybrané společnosti pomocí výnosové metody diskontovaného peněžního toku a ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Práce nejprve teoreticky popisuje problematiku oceňování podnikatelského subjektu. V další části práce je provedena strategická a finanční analýza, analýza generátorů hodnoty a sestaven finanční plán. V závěru diplomové práce je určena hodnota společnosti k 30. 4. 2012.This master thesis deals with the valuation of the selected company using the yield methods called Discounted Cash Flow and Economic Value Added. This thesis firstly describes the theoretical issue of valuation of the business entity. The next part is the strategic and financial analysis, analysis of value drivers and the financial plan. In conclusion of the master thesis the value of the selected company is determined to date 30. 4. 2012.

Práce obsahuje analýzu finančního zdraví podniku, zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice a návrh podnikatelského záměru.In my thesis I decide on efficiency of investment plan considering the company financial analysis, which the company SPAME Ltd. intends to realize relating to the expansion of its activities. This work contains the analysis of company’s financial health, the evaluation of the economic effectiveness of investments and my recommendation of a business plan.

Import 05/08/2014Cílem diplomové práce: „Vliv daně z přidané hodnoty na ekonomický růst“ je zhodnotit vliv daně z přidané hodnoty na ekonomický růst. Pro studium vztahu daně z přidané hodnoty a hospodářského růstu byla využita především metoda panelové regrese. Bylo sestaveno několik modelů. V modelech jsou postupně zahrnuty země OECD, EU, G7, EU7 a země PIGGS. Navržené modely se liší časovým horizontem a zahrnutými vysvětlujícími proměnnými. Bylo prokázáno, že vztah mezi daní z přidané hodnoty a ekonomickým růstem existuje. Tento vztah se ale projevuje až v dlouhém období.The goal of the submitted thesis: „The Influence of Value Added Tax on Economic Growth“ is to analyze the impact of value added tax on economic growth. The panel regression analysis method was used to study the relationship between the value added tax and economic growth.In this thesis, several models were designed. The set of selected OECD countries then set of EU countries set of G7 countries set of EU7 countries and last the set of PIGGS countries were involved into models. These models also differ with length of used time period and with involved explanatory variables. The relationship between variables was revealed by results of models. Import 26/06/2013Hlavní cíl práce je hodnocení finanční situace podniku pomocí ukazatele EVA. Při naplnění hlavního cíle, bude využito několika metod, které nám pomohou dosáhnout výsledku. Zmínit lze metodu pyramidového rozkladu dále pak stavebnicový model nebo samotný výpočet ukazatele EVA. Jako další cíl, si práce klade ukázat na jiný možný pohled na hodnocení finanční situace, než jaký nám, ukazují účetní ukazatele rentability.The main aim of this dissertation is to evaluate the financial situation of the company through EVA indicator. To achieve this aim several methods help to get the final result. Práce se zabývá ekonomicko-výrobním problémem v konkrétním strojírenském provozu. Řešení je založené na čtení čárových kódů, programovacím jazyku C# a datovém uložišti MS SQL Server 2005 Express Edition. Přináší reálné výsledky hodinových cen výrobních operací daného provozu založené na analýze nasbíraných dat, a vedle toho doporučené postupy k budoucímu navýšení zisku.This work deals with economical production problem in particular mechanical service. The solution is based on capture of barcode, C# programming language and database engine MS SQL Server 2005 Express Edition. It provides the user with real results of per hour cost analysis in given process and it also offers recommendations for increasing profit based on analysis of measured data.

The impact of price of thermal insulation on total price and quality of detached house

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zateplovacích systémů a jejich vlivem na kvalitu a cenu rodinného domu. Popisuje možná řešení zateplení a zhodnocuje vlastnosti a cenu jednotlivých systémů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na tvorbu cen ve stavebnictví, charakteristiku nákladů, možnosti získání dotací a popis izolačních materiálů. V praktické části práce jsou navrženy zateplovací systémy pro konkrétní objekt a je provedena kalkulace nákladů. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení vybraných systémů.This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of price of thermal insulation on total price and quality of detached house. This thesis is focussed on options of thermal insulations and evaluates properties and price. Theoretical part describes structural prices, costs, subsidy and options of thermal insulation systems. Practical part of this thesis describes proposes of insulation systems on specific detached house. In the final section of thesis is evaluated calculation of price and properties of every insulation system.
